Well…androids biggest “it does this the iPhone doesn’t” argument is over. Why?
Adobe has stopped development of flash on mobile devices
Adobe is currently restructuring, and while 750 jobs are being cut — so is flash for mobile.
HTML5 is the solution for mobile (and well the Internet) as it can deliver video, music and more codec free in virtually any modern browser.
I’m personally glad to hear that adobe has finally decided to cave into the battle.
Flash for mobile is gonna be still supported for security updates but no new features or devices will be supported.
Hopefully is means the Internet will start providing more html5 content in response.
Starbucks app now allows you to pay via its app when your in Starbucks.
This feature isn’t new for US customers but starting today finally us Canadians can use it.
It works on iPhone and iPod (and I guess iPad).
So those who love Apple and Starbucks have yet another way to pay.
So update the app to version 2.1 today.
