Remember when Apple blocked flash/java from the iPhone for life? Well its angered Adobe. So much so the DoJ (Department of Justice) and the FTC (federal trade commission) maybe investigating Apple for anti-trust allegations. Apple maybe in hot water also for its iAd program. If this is true then Apple could be in some serious hot water. While it’s no surprise that 90% of Fortune 500 company’s do this, it is somewhat surprising from Apple.
I do not see either as being anti-trust. Maybe Anti-competitive since it blocks 2 major competitors+advertising. I do not think Apple however will be charged because since it’s a close platform Apple does have the right to restrict what it wants on its device. Among those is security, and performance reasons.
