Apple has really outdone themselves today. They announced iPhone OS 4.0. Now it won’t be available until the summer (hint iPhone refresh) but it will be worth the wait.

New features include: multitasking, custom background for home screen, bluetooth keyboards, app folders, you can now add over 2,000 apps at one time to the OS, iAd, search messages, birthday calendar, all in one mailbox, ibooks, and tons more.

Apple thank you for listening to us users! And yes flash and Java will NOT be supported at time soon. Steve jobs gave a flat no answer to that question during the QA.
