Apple tablet is called the iPad.
So it’s pretty much a super big iPod Touch, but smaller then a Macbook.
Can easily play YouTube HD videos.
Has Bluetooth 2.1+EDR, Wifi 802.11n wireless (some with 3G), accelerometer, compass, speaker, microphone, 1ghz Apple A4 processor.
Works with all apps in the app store.
10 hours of video, 1 month (!) on standby.

There is also a new app called iBooks which is Apple’s online bookstore that is similar to iTunes.
Works, and acts just like the kindle.
It uses the ePad format so its open to everyone.
iWork for the iPad naturally.
iWork looks wonderful in the iPad.
The iWork apps for the iPad are $10 each, or $30 for all 3.
Has 3G but still on AT&T.
Not a bad price, well below expectations.
This will have its place in the market. The price is a lot lower than I guest it would be. Time to go and test drive this. One concern is when this rolls out will the price drop in 3 months? History show this has happened before. I think I will check it out bit will not purchase for at least 6 months to get time to read reviews of users.

There will be no price drop, Apple pre-priced dropped it per the video.
I think the price is bit high. It will be unfair to say it is too high. I hope it will be available soon in my country.
It was supposedly going to be $1000 per rumors, and $399 to devs…so its kinda a in-between. I just hate how there is no iSight! Availability he said March-June for Wifi/3G.
The gadget has kinda great features with a competitive specs… Though there are still people who feel they will be compromised with it comes to multi-tasking… You can't use different apps simultaneously…

Ya that’s the only downside. Apple said it was for battery life and system stability. But now since the iPad has a custom CPU/GPU/Battery then they should be able to add multi-tasking.
The Ipad seems to be a bit flawed….I will wait befored purchasing!
