Boy are patent fights ugly.
First Nokia asked the ITC for US import ban of pretty much everything Apple owns.
Now Apple has responded…with the same request.
For those who don’t know Nokia is suing the pants off Apple for breaking GSM, UMTS, Wi-Fi, camera, and touch screen patents.
It’s been months since this first seen the light of day and it won’t be the last.
The ITC (International Trade Commission) has yet to respond but this will obviously turn into a he said she said battle.
