I do not know why Yahoo! is still the only major email provider that doesn’t allow free pop3 email access.

No offense to yahoo but gmail kicks its butt. There’s little reason not to switch!

Anyway of getting the mail.com emails forwarded to gmail or pop access – free of course , I don’t want to pay.

I’ve never heard of them. So I have no clue sorry :/.
mail.com is pretty good. It changed recently when AOL bought them out. They don’t just offer @mail.com, they have email.com, doctor.com (heaps and heaps) so you could have something like Fred at professor.com
