Today Kingston added a 40GB SSD to their lineup.
Its name is the SSDNow V Series 40GB Accelerator Drive.
Kingston says that its an alternative to desktop users who put there system OS on a 40GB partition to keep the speed up.
SSD as a system drive will provide a major speed boost. Its read speeds are 110mb/s, and its write speeds are 40mb/s.
Its in a 2.5 inch form factor but comes with a 3.5 inch form case so that desktops can use it.
Its price is $123 bundled, and $117 USD.
