Apparently the geek squad’s “market share” is tempting the giant walmart to offer in-home tech support.
Why?
Because walmart wants to decrease its amount of returns because of people who buy them but don’t know how to use them.
Although it was really just a matter of time before Wal-Mart starting offering it.
Based on comments on other websites it seems like a lot of people really do not want this to happen since they feel that Wal-Marts “techs” won’t be so techie.
