News: The Twitter Malware Issue Is Getting Worse.
Security company’s are now saying on a scale of 1 to 10 the alert level for malware on twitter is 7.
Trend Micro and Kaspersky both are saying that twitter related malware is on the rise.
Everything from fake codec malware, to fake antivirus pages, to job scams.
Why?
All because twitter uses url shrinking. Unless you have an addon installed you cannot see the page until you land on it.
So be careful of the trends, as some urls can be harmful to your computer.
