Rogers is now 21mbps in 5 major cities

Right now for must rogers customers is 7.2mbps which is quite fast but for Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal they now get 21mbps HSPA+ networking.

Which for them is quite the speed upgrade is a sign that 4G is making its ranks.
